For many years, Caroline has baked custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, bagels, and breads for school events, weddings, private parties, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations throughout the community. Every order was built from scratch with the same care she brought to her own family's table.
Word of mouth traveled quickly. Friends told friends, coworkers placed repeat orders, and celebration after celebration featured her work. Her baked goods earned a loyal following long before Mae & Dot's Bakery had a name.
Now, as her sons have grown more independent, Caroline is turning that lifelong passion into a full-time bakery. Mae & Dot's brings the same personal touch and from-scratch quality to pickup and delivery in Greensboro, High Point, Oak Ridge, and Summerfield.
